PROPOZONE Technologies Pvt. Ltd, a Real Estate brokerage company was established with over 27 man-years of extensive experience in the Real Estate business. Over the years we have been building win-win relations with our clients with our very contemporary style and passion for connecting people with property. We aspire to provide the ultimate real estate experience to today’s modern client.

We work outside the traditional real estate confines and find new ways to satisfy our customers’ needs for buying, selling and renting and asset management. It is our continuous endeavor to stay ahead of the Indian property market. We work with specially developed apps for property management for clients that keep them informed with real-time updates.

The Propozone business model is based on working with reputed Indian Real Estate Developers as their preferred Channel Partners for Domestic as well as International markets. We work in every segment of Residential and Commercial markets to include Luxury & Uber Luxury Projects, High & Midlevel Projects and affordable housing projects.

With each market segment having their individual challenges and demands, we have dedicated Sales Managers for each segment. Propozone plans to carve their presence Real Estate arena by creating a niche in the Residential and Commercial markets through leveraging their vast collective experiences which they bring to the table.

Our Team

Jitendra Ingwale

with his passion and integrity in Sales, he is instrumental in creating a robust atmosphere within the organization and prepping up the sales team on a regular basis.

His experience comes from selling over 4,00,000 to 8,00,000 square feet of Real Estate in Pune which includes properties ranging from 2 BHK’s, 6 BHK’s & even Super Luxury Pent Houses for some of the most reputed developers in Pune. His credibility in Sales comes from his achievements of Selling residential, commercial and land dealing in Pune. Having worked with reputed Developers in Pune he brings on board a vast array of selling strategies & schemes.

Nagesh Raychure

is young and dynamic and brings tons of enthusiasm to the field. An MBA with specialization in Marketing, he comes with a rich experience of over 9 years in Real Estate Sales, Marketing, CRM & Business Development.

His forte is penetrating unexplored, untapped markets including International Markets. He has successfully expanded customer base globally with creating personal goodwill with many international channel partners and continues to do so. Apart from these experiences he is very adept at the Resale markets.

Sunil Misra

is a result oriented Sales & Marketing professional. He has hardcore experience of selling properties ranging from Residential Flats, Bungalows to Commercial properties over his experience of over 7 years.

Having worked with reputed developers and Start-Ups he has experience of both the worlds and he uses this experience to his advantage and brings Judicious Planning and Strategies on board.

His other areas of expertise are in land dealings and resale. He knows how to listen and is generous in offering information.
